Surrounded from a big beautiful garden with thousands of plants and flowers, it is located only 300 m. Away from the famous sandy beach of hersonissos, opposite from Star Beach Village Hotel, with an amazing view to the Cretan sea.
Only 25 km. from the International Airport of Heraklion, 9 km. from the Cretan Golf Course and just 1 km. from the centre of Hersonissos.
It consists of 3 separate floors connected with interior stairs and has an open plan (middle floor) with a living room, dining room, kitchen (cooking rings, fridge, microwave, washing machine for dishes and all the necessary equipment), a store room, bathroom, tv corner, safe deposit box, mini-bar and a big fireplace.
Modern decorated with real high class furniture and 2 big balconies with a great view to the sea, the garden and the swimming pool.

The villa has 24 hours security supervision from a professional private company and a 24 hours alarm system.
Villa “Palm” offers a full housekeeping service daily and room and shopping service on request and extra charge (07:00-22:00).
