The climate resilience fee is payable by the guest directly at the hotel upon check in.
If the room is unoccupied, the hotel may approve an earlier entrance. However, if you are planning to arrive early in the morning and you want to ensure that the room is ready, we suggest that you book an additional overnight prior to your arrival.
All the Hotel’s Facilities are available to Star Beach Village guests to be used by the time of arrival at the hotel. All-inclusive program is available till the guest’s departure time from the hotel (even the check-out of the room was at 11.00hrs)
Check-out time has been defined to be till 11.00hrs am. For guests that would like to extend their stay we recommend to contact our reception desk 1-2 days prior to departure in order to be informed over availability & extra cost to be applied. The all-inclusive program is available until guest’s departure from the hotel. However, for guests that are planning to depart rather late and they want to ensure that the room would be possible to be kept, we suggest that they should book in advance an overnight with their reservation.
Our hotel offers a luggage storage room as well as shower facilities located in the lobby for your convenience.
Implementing measures of natural resources management with the aim of improving the local environment, towels are changed after the second day of your stay, whereas the sheets every 3rd day.
